“Thank you” Exeter Chiefs Foundation!

A big thank you to Exeter Chiefs for selecting us as a charity of the year both last season and this. The Foundation has supported us almost since the beginning of our journey and their support has been critical in enabling us to continue working to make Exeter more dementia-friendly.
