Topsham COSY Walk for Dementia Action Week

On the eve of Dementia Action Week 2024 the brilliant Andy from Coast and Country Walking hosted a walk of route 8 of the Exeter Dementia Action Alliance COSY routes created by our friend, marathon runner, and navigator extraordinaire Jo Earlam.

We walked 7.5 miles on a beautiful Sunday morning with a stop at The Lighter for a refuel. During the walk we had many educational and supportive conversations about dementia.
