John Stiles Remembers His Dad Nobby – 8th March 2023

The Alliance was delighted to welcome John Stiles, son of footballer Nobby to speak at our Lord Mayor charity event at the Guildhall. John spoke with humour and passion about his father, including the critical importance of increased awareness of the risk of brain injuries and dementia among sports people.

The evening also included live drawing from cartoonist Tony Husband, an auction, a raffle and an opportunity for people to get together while shining a light on dementia.
